[Nathan AND MARY!!!] Yes, I am typing, but MARY is here with me! She has told me that we have had numerous requests for some pictures, so we decided together we would add some! Enjoy! (Short update at bottom of post...)

No, really!

I (Nathan) took a picture of him in an empty McDonalds bag back when he was little, and uploaded it to the icanhascheezburger.com website. The caption is done by someone with the handle of bigred72101. Earlier this year, someone by the name of Patrick Mulligan from Gotham Books contacted us saying they were putting together a book with pictures from the icanhascheezburger website, and they wanted to use the picture of ours that bigred72101 captioned in the book. However, they needed permission from the owner to use the photo. We decided it was fine, and they were nice enough to send us a free copy when the book was published just recently. It's actually in stores right now. Mary and I were in Waldenbooks at the Pine Ridge Mall the other week and while we were making our purchase, we saw a display of the books on the counter and told the clerk that our cat was in it, and showed her the picture. So here's a few pictures in regards to Sirius new found fame...

In a quick update, last night we went to the first of three sessions of a birthing class at Portneuf Medical Center. We both enjoyed it, and I (Nathan) learned some new stuff. I realized again how much of a sap I am about all this when we watched a video of a live birth. The few seconds they actually showed the baby crowning didn't really do anything, but when they pulled the baby out and set it on the mother's chest, I was fighting back tears... Yes, I AM A SAP. But I am also very excited about our baby coming!!! Anyways, we'll end it here for now. Catch you next post!!!
